Summary: The proposed contract involves engineering design and construction management services for certain transportation-related capital projects funded primarily by the transfer of Motor Fuel Tax (MFT) funds over the next three (3) years through an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Cook County Department of Transportation & Highways ("CCDOTH") approved by the Forest Preserves Board of Commissioners on 2/25/2020 (Board Item No. 20-0007).
