Summary: Additional time is required to complete the original scope of this professional services agreement that was initially awarded through a formal RFP process. To date, twenty-one (21) existing heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems have been inspected, evaluated and prioritized for replacements. Construction bid documents for the three (3) HVAC systems with the highest need are complete and are ready to be issued for bid. This contract extension will allow the consultant to continue with the project through construction completion.
