Summary: Additional time is required to complete work at one of the sites included in the original scope of work. HOH Associates, Inc. ("HOH") designed the replacement of HVAC equipment at Sand Ridge Nature Center but installation by the Forest Preserves' contractor, All Chicago, Inc. ("All Chicago"), was delayed due to discovery that equipment specified by HOH will not fit within the existing spaces. The discovery was not made until after the equipment was delivered to the contractor.
