Summary: A contract increase is required to address additional user needs, changing the fire alarm systems to a newly defined Preserve standardized system, complying with additional code requirements stipulated by Cook County building code officials and local fire departments. This increase is for funding only. The contractor has started work at all locations. Items remaining include installation of fire alarm systems and plumbing work at all locations and completion of work at Glen Grove Stables and contract close out activities.
