Reason: IDOT plans to complete a safety improvement project at the intersection utilizing the easement areas for sidewalk construction and re-grading of existing Forest Preserves trail.
The area for the permanent easement is 0.006 acres (or 261 square feet), and the area for the temporary easement is 0.054 acres (or 2,352 square feet). IDOT indicates that no trees are expected to be removed for this project.
