TITLE 7 - FEES; CHAPTER 2 - ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING FEES
7-2-1: PURPOSE AND APPLICABILITY.
The District may establish fees and other reasonable conditions governing the use of Electric Vehicle Charging Stations owned or operated by the District and made available for public use. 4-2-16: ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING STATION SPACES.
A. No person shall park or permit to park any vehicle other than an Electric Vehicle in an Electric Vehicle Charging Station Space. No person shall park or permit to park an Electric Vehicle in an Electric Vehicle Charging Station Space without initiating a charging session.
B. No person shall park or permit an Electric Vehicle to remain in an Electric Vehicle Charging Station Space beyond the maximum parking time designated by posted signage, regardless of whether the Electric Vehicle remains connected to or is actively using an Electric Vehicle Charging Station.
