Request: Authorization for the Forest Preserves of Cook County (the “Forest Preserves”) to enter into a construction contract with Seal Tight Exteriors, Inc., primary place of business Steger, Illinois, for three (3) new roofs at George W. Dunne Golf Course clubhouse and driving range buildings and at Tinley Creek Canine Training building.
Reason: Contract #74000013894 issued under Solicitation #23-80-010227 for Project #23-80-21 Roof Replacements at George W. Dunne Golf Course and Tinley Creek Canine Training. The work includes, but is not limited to, removal of existing roofs, new roof insulation and new shingle roofs at George W. Dunne Golf Course clubhouse and driving range buildings and at Tinley Creek Canine Training building, and other related work as specified in the plans and specifications.
