Title: PROPOSED PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT Request: Requesting authorization for the Forest Preserves of Cook County (the "Forest Preserves") to enter into a Partnership Agreement with Friends of the Forest Preserves, Chicago, Illinois. Reason: Friends of the Forest Preserves has received a $349,999.78 grant through the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation's Chi-Cal River Program to support the Conservation for All Project, which will engage local communities in public engagement programming and habitat restoration including 66 acres of invasive species treatment at Whistler Woods, Kickapoo Woods, and Sand Ridge Nature Center preserves. PROPOSED PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

 

Request: Requesting authorization for the Forest Preserves of Cook County (the “Forest Preserves”) to enter into a Partnership Agreement with Friends of the Forest Preserves, Chicago, Illinois.

 

Reason: Friends of the Forest Preserves has received a $349,999.78 grant through the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation’s Chi-Cal River Program to support the Conservation for All Project, which will engage local communities in public engagement programming and habitat restoration including 66 acres of invasive species treatment at Whistler Woods, Kickapoo Woods, and Sand Ridge Nature Center preserves.
