Summary: Contract #74000008739 issued under Project #20-80-10A consists of providing construction services to replace two (2) heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems at Sand Ridge Nature Center. Additional time and funds are required to complete the scope of this agreement that was initially awarded through a competitive bid process.
After the equipment was ordered and delivered, All Chicago, Inc. ("All Chicago") discovered the equipment specified by HOH Associates, Inc ("HOH"), the design firm for the project, would not fit into the existing space and different equipment and additional modifications were required to replace the existing systems.
