Summary: The Forest Preserves seeks authorization to enter into a contract with Factory Motor Parts, which is an authorized dealer for a wide variety of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts and supplies. Fleet mechanics and technicians use these parts for the maintenance of Forest Preserves vehicles and equipment as well as shop equipment and repair bays. Factory Motor Parts has been serving the Forest Preserves’ Fleet Department for over five (5) years. Factory Motor Parts has been awarded a contract (#101520-FMP) by the Sourcewell Purchasing Cooperative Program through a competitive bidding process.end
