PROPOSED AGREEMENT

 

Vendor:  Indiana Harbor Belt Railroad Company (“IHBRC”), Hammond, Indiana

 

Request:  Requesting authorization for the Forest Preserves of Cook County (the “Forest Preserves”) to enter into a license agreement with IHBRC for installation and maintenance of water conveyance infrastructure on IHBRC property.

 

Reason:  The Forest Preserves is proposing to enter into a License Agreement with IHBRC to provide access and right of entry to the Forest Preserves and its authorized contractors for the construction, operation and maintenance of a section of 24-inch storm sewer outlet pipe under IHBRC property.
