Summary: The Forest Preserves is requesting that its contract with Orkin LLC, an entity awarded through a Sourcewell cooperative purchasing contract, be financially increased to retain anticipated pest abatement services throughout Forest Preserves facilities for the remainder of 2021.
On 3/12/2019, the Forest Preserves piggybacked off Orkin LLC Sourcewell contract. The Forest Preserves’ contract was administratively increased and extended for (1) one year. The Forest Preserves intends on soliciting for bids through its public bidding process for pest control services.
