Vendor:  United Scrap Metal, Inc., Cicero, Illinois

 

Request:  Requesting authorization for the Forest Preserves of Cook County (the “Forest Preserves”) to enter into an agreement

 

Reason:  The Forest Preserves is requesting to piggyback off Cook County’s contract #1645-15743 with United Scrap Metal, Inc. for metal collections and recycling at the Central Maintenance Compound, 2199 S. 1st Ave, Maywood, Illinois.
