Summary: Contract #74000006793 issued for Project #19-80-39 consists of providing professional services for the development and oversight of various construction projects. Additional time is required to complete the scope of this professional services agreement that was initially awarded through a formal RFP. Construction bid documents for five (5) roof replacements and five (5) masonry repair projects have been completed but construction remains at one (1) of the roof replacement locations at the Forest Preserves Southeast Police Headquarters in the Thorn Creek area. Additional time is needed to allow AltusWorks, Inc. to complete construction oversight at this last location.
