Request: Authorization for the Forest Preserves of Cook County to enter into a construction contract with Fabex Technologies LLC, primary place of business Chicago, Illinois, for Masonry Repairs at Salt Creek Resource Management located near Western Springs.
Reason: Contract #74000009402 issued under Project #21-80-14 Masonry Repairs at Salt Creek Resource Management. The work addresses repairs to three (3) existing buildings. The work includes, but is not limited to, masonry repairs, painting, sealant replacement, miscellaneous carpentry repairs and other related work as specified in the plans and specifications.
