Summary: Additional time is required to complete the original scope of this professional services agreement that was initially awarded through a formal RFP process. Inspection of twenty-one (21) existing heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems has been completed and priority replacements identified. Construction bid documents for replacements at three priority locations was also completed but construction has been delayed at one location and put on hold at two other locations pending completion of energy audits by a separate energy consultant.
