Summary: Per applicable collective bargaining agreement, the Landscape Maintenance Department purchases boots for full time and seasonal employees. In 2019 the Forest Preserves piggybacked off the above listed GSA Contract for the purchase of employee boots for the Landscape Maintenance Department. The Forest Preserves is requesting to increase and extend the contract until 9/30/2022, which is the end date of the GSA contract. The Forest Preserves also used the vendor in 2018 and prior years.
