Request: Authorization for the Forest Preserves of Cook County (the “Forest Preserves”) to enter into a construction contract with A.L.L. Masonry Construction Co., Inc., d/b/a ALL Construction Group, primary place of business Cicero, Illinois, for masonry repairs and window replacements at Central Compound Vehicle Maintenance Garage located near Maywood.
Reason: Contract #74000009070 issued under Project #21-80-07 Masonry Repairs and Window Replacements at the Central Garage. The work addresses energy efficiency improvements as well as deferred maintenance work. The work includes, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of the existing original windows, masonry repairs, and the abatement of asbestos containing materials.
