Summary: The Forest Preserves is seeking authorization to extend its agreement with the Village of Hoffman Estates for the monitoring of fire alarm systems and associated equipment on a sole source basis for a period of five (5) years. The original agreement with the Village of Hoffman Estates was approved by the Forest Preserves of Cook County Board of Commissioners on March 22, 2016 (Contract 16-0118). Fees for services and number of covered locations remain the same as in the original contract.
