Summary: Over the course of three Vehicle Steering Committee (VSC) meetings held on 12/17/2019, 4/21/2020 and 10/1/2020, the VSC voted to decommission a total of twenty-five (25) vehicles and to acquire a total of twenty-four (24) vehicles. The Facilities and Fleet Department also received permission to purchase five (5) new vehicles for the Facilities and Fleet and Landscape Maintenance Departments.

Under this proposed contract, twenty-one (21) vehicles for the Landscape Maintenance and Resource Management Departments will be outfitted with dual fuel tank capability (propane/unleaded gas).
