Summary: In 2019 the Forest Preserves entered into a sole source agreement with R.N.O.W. for the purchase of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts for a fleet of garbage trucks equipped with Loadmaster brand equipment used by the Landscape Maintenance Department. R.N.O.W. is the only authorized dealer of Loadmaster parts in Cook County. This is a sole source procurement. This request is for a contract increase and extension.
