PROPOSED LICENSE AMENDMENT REQUEST
Request: Requesting authorization for the Forest Preserves of Cook County (the “Forest Preserves”), as Licensor to amend a License to the Illinois State Archaeological Survey, Grantee, to locate, operate and maintain approximately 200 square feet of workspace in the property commonly known as Rolling Knolls Pavilion, 11N260 Rohrssen Road, Elgin, Illinois.
Reason: The Forest Preserves of Cook County Board of Commissioners approved the original License on May 21, 2019 (Board Item #19-0213). The Forest Preserves now seeks to amend the original License to permit overnight parking for one (1) vehicle at Rolling Knolls Pavilion, or one (1) of the following alternate locations to facilitate partnered operations:
Northwest Resource Management, 640 Cosman Road, Elk Grove Village, Illinois
Salt Creek Resource Management, 500 Ogden Avenue, Western Springs, Illinois
No other changes to the terms of the original License are being proposed.
