Summary:  The proposed vendor provides software for the work order management system used by the Forest Preserves’ Facilities and Fleet Department.  The Forest Preserves has been using this computer maintenance management software system for six (6) years to assist with reporting service needs, and the deployment of tradespeople and services related to facilities maintenance, fleet maintenance, and inventory control.  An annual license subscription is required to use the vendor’s software. This web-based work order system has been in use since 2013, and the Forest Preserves intends to post a Request for Proposals in 2021 for the continued use of computer maintenance management systems.
