Summary: This amendment will allow Chicago River Canoe and Kayak to continue to provide boat rental services at the Skokie Lagoons on a seasonal basis. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Chicago River Canoe and Kayak is not renting canoes and kayaks for the 2020 season at the Skokie Lagoons location but anticipates resuming operations for the 2021 season.
