PROPOSED LICENSE REQUEST
Request: Requesting authorization for the Forest Preserves of Cook County (the “Forest Preserves”), as Licensor to grant a License to the Illinois Department of Natural Resources (“IDNR”), Grantee, to locate, operate and maintain approximately 100 square feet of workspace at the Poplar Creek Wildlife Field Station, 28W040 IL‐58, Elgin, Illinois. The IDNR provides technical support and guidance to the Forest Preserves for the implementation of wildlife research programs, and compliance with state threatened and endangered species laws. Its location at the Poplar Creek Wildlife Field Station provides better access to the Forest Preserves for mutual projects, and a venue for the IDNR’s presence in the northeast region of the state.
