Summary: On 4/12/2017, the Cook County Board of Commissioners approved a contract for the purchase and delivery of motor fuel for County-owned vehicles. On 3/21/2019, the Cook County Board of Commissioners approved the exercise of the first of two (2) one-year extension options and a contract increase. On 4/23/2020, the Cook County Board of Commissioners approved the exercise of the second one-year extension option and a contract increase.
On 3/13/2018, the Forest Preserves Board of Commissioners approved the Forest Preserves piggybacking onto the County contract. On 4/23/2019, the Forest Preserves Board of Commissioners approved the Forest Preserves exercise of the first of two (2) one-year extension options and a contract increase. The Forest Preserves would now like to exercise the second of two (2) one-year extension options and to increase contract amount.
The Forest Preserves intends to solicit new proposals in FY2020.
