PROPOSED BID RECOMMENDATION
Department: Department of Planning and Development
Request: Authorization for the Forest Preserves of Cook County (the “Forest Preserves”) to enter into a construction contract with Western Remac, Inc., primary place of business Woodridge, Illinois, for fabrication and installation of new gateway signs at two (2) Forest Preserves gateway sites.
Reason: Contract #74000007685 (Solicitation No. 20-80-005181) includes, but is not limited to, fabrication and installation of new gateway signage at the Sand Ridge Campus in South Cook County and the Caldwell Woods/Bunker Hill Woods gateway site in North Cook County, and other related work as specified in the plans and specifications.
