PROPOSED RESOLUTION
2020 BOARD AGENDA MEETING ANNUAL CALENDAR DATES AND LOCATIONS
WHEREAS, in accordance with Title 1, Chapter 5, Section 4-1(a) of the Forest Preserve District of Cook County Code of Ordinances, the Forest Preserve District of Cook County Board of Commissioners shall hold regular meetings pursuant to an annual calendar adopted by resolution of the Board; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 2.03 of the Illinois Open Meetings Act, every public body shall give public notice of the schedule of regular meetings at the beginning of each calendar or fiscal year and shall state the regular dates, times and places of such meetings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Forest Preserve District of Cook County Board of Commissioners, Illinois (the "Board"):
1. That the Board shall hold its regular meetings of the Board on the following dates during 2020, the time for holding the specified meetings is 10:00 a.m., local time:

Tuesday, April 21, 2020
Tuesday, May 19, 2020
Tuesday, June 16, 2020

2. That the place is the County Building Room 569, 118 North Clark Street, Chicago, Illinois, except for the following three meeting dates: Tuesday, May 19, 2020; Tuesday, June 16, 2020 and Tuesday, September 22, 2020.
3. That the Board shall hold a regular meeting of the Board on Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at the Little Red Schoolhouse Nature Center located at 9800 Willow Springs Road, Willow Springs.
4. That the Board shall hold a regular meeting of the Board on Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at the Rolling Knolls Pavilion, 11N Rohrssen Rd, Elgin.
5. That the Board shall hold a regular meeting of the Board on Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at the Chicago Botanic Garden's Farm on Ogden located at 3555 West Ogden Avenue, Chicago.
