Summary:  The grant will fund nature-based building and site improvements to support the development of a cohesive campus that includes Sand Ridge Nature Center, Camp Shabbona Woods, Green Lake Aquatic Center and the Sand Ridge Nature Preserve.  Proposed improvements are intended to welcome and orient new visitors through new wayfinding signs, trail connections, interpretive exhibits, fishing outcroppings and landscape restoration.
