Request: Authorization for the Forest Preserves of Cook County (the “Forest Preserves”) to enter into a construction contract with Clauss Brothers, Inc., Elgin, Illinois.
Reason: Contract #74000005480 issued under Project #19-80-22 Dan Ryan Woods Site Repairs. The work includes, but is not limited to, asphalt repair, masonry repair, concrete removal, new concrete paving, concrete footings, excavation, playground mulch, stabilized decomposed aggregate, landscape restoration, and other related work as specified in the plans & specifications.
