PROPOSED RESOLUTION
2019 BOARD AGENDA MEETING ANNUAL CALENDAR DATES AND LOCATIONS
WHEREAS, in accordance with Title 1, Chapter 5, Section 4-1(a) of the Forest Preserve District of Cook County Code of Ordinances, the Forest Preserve District of Cook County Board of Commissioners shall hold regular meetings pursuant to an annual calendar adopted by resolution of the Board; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 2.03 of the Illinois Open Meetings Act, every public body shall give public notice of the schedule of regular meetings at the beginning of each calendar or fiscal year and shall state the regular dates, times and places of such meetings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Forest Preserve District of Cook County Board of Commissioners, Illinois (the "Board"):
1. That the Board shall hold its regular meetings of the Board on the following dates during 2019, the time for holding the specified meetings is 10:00 a.m., local time:

Tuesday, April 23, 2019
Tuesday, May 21, 2019
Tuesday, June 25, 2019

2. That the place is the County Building Room 569, 118 North Clark Street, Chicago, Illinois, except for the following three meeting dates: Tuesday, May 21, 2019; Tuesday, July 23, 2019 and Tuesday, September 24, 2019.
3. That the Board shall hold a regular meeting of the Board on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at the Forest Preserves' River Trail Nature Center located at 3120 Milwaukee Ave, Northbrook, Illinois.
4. That the Board shall hold a regular meeting of the Board on Tuesday, July 23, 2019 at the Brookfield Zoo, 3300 Golf Road, Brookfield, Illinois in the Wild Encounters White Oak Room near the South Gate entrance.
