Summary:  The Preserves granted License No. 1760 to OCC for a water main to be constructed, owned, and maintained by OCC along the west side of Kloempken Prairie for the use and benefit of OCC, however the water main connects to, and is considered part of, the City’s potable water supply. The City requests an agreement granting the limited right to enter upon those premises identified in the License for the sole purpose of maintaining, repairing, or replacing the Facilities in the event that OCC fails or is unable to do so.
