Summary: This request is for time only extensions for three (3) four (4) architectural and engineering firms with open task orders. Master professional services agreements were originally executed with eighty-five (85) firms in December 2012. The contract date was extended for twelve (12) firms in November 2015 and again in 2016 to allow the same firms to continue with construction management through final project completion. Construction management responsibilities remain ongoing for Christopher B. Burke Engineering, LTD, Site Design Group, Ltd., and E.C. Purdy & Associates and Domokur Architects due to the need to repackage, redesign and/or rebid these jobs. An additional one (1) year extension is requested to complete these remaining open task orders. No One new task orders, however, will be issued for the purpose of addressing recently identified ADA compliance issues at one of the campgrounds.
