Summary:  The Preserves Volunteer Resources is the central coordinating point for volunteer engagement. Over 5,600 individual and group online profiles have been created and over one hundred different opportunities are available to volunteers. This software tool, eCoordinator/eRecruiter, will greatly enhance performance management and grant reporting.  eCoordinator/eRecruiter is an appropriate software tool for efficient management of a volunteer program the size and scope of that of the Preserves’ program.

The Preserves issued a Request for Proposal and received a total of four (4) proposals. A review panel consisting of various Preserves staff selected Samaritan Technologies eCoordinator/eRecruiter, which met all of the minimum and preferred qualifications.  None of the vendors who submitted proposals are located in Illinois.
