Summary: This request is for time only extensions for Brush Architects, Interstate Roof Systems Consultants, Inc. (IRSC), Kellermeyer Godfryt Hart Architects and Engineers (KGH), Klein and Hoffman, Inc., and Mac Brady Associates, Inc. of the pool. In November, 2016, a pre-qualified pool of twelve (12) roof consultants executed term agreements for an original contract period of one year to provide inspection, design and construction management services for roofing projects. Work for five (5) open task orders is expected to last beyond the November 29, 2017 contract end date. A time extension is requested to complete these open task orders. No new task orders are anticipated.
