Summary:  The Preserves would like to continue its collaborative partnership with Recreational Equipment Inc. (“REI”) for the purposes of providing outdoor recreation and outdoor classes to REI’s participants, as well as educating the public with nature based activities. For all classes conducted on the Preserves’ property, REI will continue to compensate the Preserves with 20% of all registration fees collected from its participants in lieu of paying permit fees.
