Summary: In 2014, the Village of Oak Park (the “Village”) and the Preserves entered into an Intergovernmental License Agreement whereby the Village licensed to the Preserves the use of fifteen (15) parking spaces in Lot Number 18 (commonly known as the Holley Court Parking Garage) and the Preserves’ granted the Village a license to construct, operate, and maintain a salt storage shelter at a Maintenance Facility of the Preserves. In exchange for the fifteen (15) additional parking spaces at Lot Number 18, the Preserves will provide an additional 2 acres of storage area for the Village’s Public Works Department.
