Title: PROPOSED PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT Request: Requesting authorization for the Forest Preserve District of Cook County (the "Preserves") to enter into a Partnership Agreement with CBS EcoMedia Inc., 919 Manhattan Avenue, Suite 100, Manhattan Beach, California, 90266. Reason: The Preserves wishes to enter into a partnership agreement with CBS EcoMedia ("EcoMedia") whereby the Preserves will be considered for future funding and sponsorship support for qualified projects on which the Preserves, EcoMedia, and a potential sponsor agree. If and when a qualified project is agreed to by the Preserves, EcoMedia and a potential sponsor, a separate support agreement for the project will be executed.
