Reason: The Forest Preserve is extending this agreement to improve our physical and programmatic accessibility for all of the citizens of Cook County.

Summary: The extension of this agreement will help the Preserves maintain and improve accessibility at the Preserves. During the extension term, the vendor will help the Preserves: (1) amend and update Self Evaluation and Transition Plan; (2) complete on site accessibility evaluations of certain identified high use locations within the Preserves; (3) provide an updated barrier removal plan for making properties within the Preserves more accessible; (4) create a comprehensive staff training plan; and (5) create and convene an ADA Advisory committee.
