Reason: Contract #17-80-48 Multi-Use Trail & Culvert Repairs. The work includes, but is not limited to, earthwork; grading and shaping ditches; aggregate trail repair; culvert removal, replacement, and repair; headwall repair and reconstruction; erosion control; landscaping, and other related work as specified in the plans & specifications.
