Request: Authorization for the Forest Preserves District of Cook County (the “Preserves”) to enter into a construction contract with Robe, Inc., 6150 N. Northwest Highway, Chicago, Illinois to make exterior repairs at McGinnis Field Station in Orland Park and Sagawau Farmhouse in Lemont.
Reason: 17-80-44 New roof and exterior renovations at McGinnis Field Station and Sagawau Farmhouse. The work includes, but is not limited to, new roof, window, and siding removal and replacement at McGinnis Field Station and exterior wall removal and rebuilding at Sagawau Farmhouse and other work as described in the drawings and building specifications.
