Request:  Authorization for the Forest Preserves District of Cook County (the “Preserves”) to enter into a construction contract with All Masonry Construction Co., Inc., Chicago, Illinois to remove and replace roofs for Chick Evans Golf Course Concession Building in Morton Grove and Edgebrook Golf Course Garage in Chicago.
