Request: Authorization for the Forest Preserve District of Cook County (the “Preserves”) to enter into a construction contract with Enlight Corporation primary place of business Chicago, Illinois for Picnic Groves Drainage & Accessibility Improvements at 8 locations (Busse #20, Allison Woods #1, Bunker Hill #5, Linne Woods #2, Midlothian Meadow #1, Elizabeth Conkey #1, Schiller Woods #12 and King’s Grove).
Reason: Contract #17-80-43 Picnic Groves Drainage & Accessibility Improvements. The work includes, but is not limited to, excavation, grading, new asphalt, new concrete, drainage, ADA striping and signage, and other related work as specified in the plans & specifications.
