Summary: This IGA was originally approved by the Board on 7/16/2013. Amendment #1 of this IGA subsequently was approved by the Board on 12/16/2014 for a period ending on 6/30/2016. The IDNR authorized extension of the IGA for a longer period ending on 6/30/2017. The IGA, however, was suspended by the IDNR effective 6/30/2015. An amendment to extend the IGA to 6/30/2020 is now being recommended by IDNR staff in order to have an agreement in place in case funding is restored, and to have a consistent end date.
