Summary: On 7/29/2015 the Cook County Board approved contract 1425-13183 with Origami Risk, LLC, Chicago following a Request for Proposal for a claim management system to support the accounting, financial management and reporting needs of the County. The Forest Preserve District (“District”) utilizes the same claims management system via an intergovernmental arrangement with Cook County. The District would now like to add the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services reporting functionality.
