Summary: The construction for this project is substantially complete and the Preserves have taken occupancy of this building. Additional time is required to complete the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification process and to finalize closing out the project. The project includes the construction of a new visitor's center with a rentable meeting room, multi-purpose rooms, new ADA toilet facilities, a small office area and improved site drainage for the parking area and around the building.
