Summary: The Request for Proposal was posted on the Preserves website and received two responses after rebidding. Big Daddy Scrap was selected due to better revenue generation. The Preserves is requesting approval to enter into a contract with Big Daddy Scrap. The Preserves has scrap metal from retired equipment and disposals and through this contract will recycle such metal. This is a benefit to the Preserves because there are companies that pay for scrap metal.end
