Summary:  Intergovernmental Agreement between the Forest Preserve District of Cook County and the Village of Riverdale to allow Riverdale to construct a portion of the Cal Sag Trail on Forest Preserve property which will provide a connection to Whistler Woods (Major Taylor Trail Spur).  The project will be constructed at no cost to the Forest Preserves. Upon completion and acceptance of the trail spur by the Forest Preserves Riverdale will relinquish ownership and maintenance responsibilities of the trail to the Preserves.  It is anticipated that the trail connection will be completed within two (2) years.
