Reason: Contract #16-31-112 consists of the removal of four hundred (404) trees, three (3) of which require pruning in accordance with the Preserves’ specifications in Region 2, Northwest Division. Trees “R” Us, Inc. was the lowest responsible bidder of the five (5) bidders.
