PROPOSED LICENSE REQUEST
Request: Requesting authorization for the Forest Preserve District of Cook County (“the Preserves”), as Licensor to grant a License to Maine Township High School District 207, Grantee, to locate, operate and maintain a 1.5-inch conduit with fiber optic line along the north side of Oakton Street from the Des Plaines River to Algonquin Road at Campground Road Woods. The conduit will be installed underground by directional bore within the right of way of Oakton Street and will be owned by, and for the exclusive use of, the Grantee.
